For domestic orders, we ship weekly using USPS. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship, as items are handmade with love. 

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once your package leaves us.

We currently offer shipping to the United States and its Outer Lying Islands, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and South Korea. I hope to be able to ship to more countries very soon.

If you are an international shopper (outside of the USA), please note that the time it takes for you to receive your order can be significant. We do ask for your patience in this matter.

In addition, EU/UK customers may be subjected to VAT and Import taxes.

Hāwea Hawaiʻi is NOT responsible for covering any of these charges.

At Hāwea Hawaiʻi, we have an All Sales Final policy. There are no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges.

The outer box is simply to protect the goods. Damages such as scratches or discoloration on the box or envelope cannot and will not be compensated.

Please make sure you check your cart carefully before placing your order, as refunds will not be given.

Items sold in this shop are handmade with love. Therefore, it must be treated kindly. Pulling on the jewelry could cause the item to break. Please avoid pulling on them or stretching them out. 

For candles and wax melts, please ensure that you burn it in a well ventilated area, and away from flammable items. Keep away from children and pets.
